Note: Due to the nature of our products (handmade candles), returns are not accepted for used candles or products damaged due to customer handling.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
