At Noorvella Candles, we ensure your handcrafted candles reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
  • Once shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery within India usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote areas may take longer.
  • Delays due to courier services, festivals, or natural events are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹60–₹120 may apply (visible at checkout).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may have an additional handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email/phone.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept may incur reshipping charges.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement/refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
